Customer Feedback
Brilliant service from Darren 2 rooms decorated fantastic thank you!!!!
Recommended to me to wallpaper a feature wall and did not disappoint! Received a text to confirm arrival time first thing in the morning, and did indeed arrive on time. His work was impeccable and carried out in a very professional manner! Darren himself was very personable and friendly. I would have no hesitation in employing his services again.
Fitted 2 metal curtain poles and 2 vertical blinds. Good value. Excellent quality work, clean and tidy, friendly and courteous.
Frequently Asked Questions
Once the painting or decoration is complete, how long is it before a room is usable?
Paint can feel dry after about 24 hours, and you can then replace the furniture. However, it can take up to two weeks to fully set, so be careful to start with.
Is there anything I need to do before painting or decorating starts?
It helps if you can clear the room of furniture and other items as much as possible, as this makes it easier and quicker to work on. Sometimes, however, this isn’t practical – for example, we’re used to working around office IT systems and other fittings.
I would like to see some references, do you have any?
Absolutely. We have many happy customers and can provide a number of references on request.
I see that you are a York based business but I'm outside of this area, will you come out to me?
Typically we work in York or the outskirts but it has been known for us to work all over the UK on big projects
My lounge carpet is cream and I'm worried that this shade of green may clash?
Practical advice on colour is on hand to make sure you make the right decision when choosing your colour.
We have a particular type of paint in mind for our bathroom, is this a good idea?
We are on hand to give you practical advice on all types of paint available, and where they are best suited.
We require that our property is secured every day. Are you willing to accept responsibility for this?
We have worked in the domestic and commercial environment for lots of years, thus giving us the knowledge and confidence to look after your property and premises.
Will any items of furniture or carpeting be protected while you are working?
Carpets and furniture are protected using clean cotton cloth sheets and/or PVC wrapped. Where specified, extra care is taken with sensitive items and we highly suggest that the customer remove or protect delicate items of property.
